I just gotta tell you, this morning I had the best peanut butter & jelly sandwich I have had in years. Why you ask? I used Schar's new white bread, Artisan Baker White Bread, and just my normal organic peanut butter and home-made (by a friend) jam. Oh man it was so good! Their new bread is soft, light, and airy. This is definitely my new favorite bread. Schar did a seriously good job this time. If you have tried their bread in the past and found it unfavorable, please try it again.
