Sorry about this being a late post. I don't have anything specific in mind and yesterday got very busy.
Yesterday we voted in the primaries, here in MA, which I did. I did purchase some Kite Hill almond cream cheese which I sampled this morning. I smeared it on 2 Van's Gluten Free blueberry waffles and topped it with peach preserves from NC and it was quite delicious. I like it better than the Tofutti and it doesn't have soy!
Here is the list of their cream cheeses. I've only found it at Whole Foods Market here on the Cape.
